Mary's strange new world

Coretta Scott King, who turned a life shattered by her husband's assassination into one devoted to enshrining his legacy of human rights and equality, has died at 78. King, who suffered a serious stroke and heart attack in 2005, did not appear this year at the birthday observance for her husband, the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., for the first time in the 20-year observance of the holiday.

We finally got a new RAM Memory thingie for our PC and I'm happy to report that the PC seems to be working just fine. Well probably because I stayed the hell away from the operation 'open the PC' I gave the honor to my brother.

Hmmm ... HOL has an offer for ADSL - 30 Euro/month and nothing else - it sounds to good to be true. I called there hotline and they said the same thing.

They send me an application via email ... if nothing better comes up I might actually go ahead and do it.

Nothing really to report, I'm just so bored at the moment that I thought I could pass the time by writing in my good old journal - well not so good and not so old but you get my point ;)

The second Microsft test was on Tuesday - of course I didn't pass but I got a respectable 534 points and from what I heard it is the past score from our group - go me! :D Imagine what I could have done if I had learned. ;)

Oh god I can't believe I forgot to mention that - I found the third season of Star Trek: The next generation for only 35 EURO!!!!!! Can you believe that?!?!?! Of course I got it - thank god for VISA ;) I would have preferred a later season, but I checked the TNG Companion and the third season is quite good (yeah it's been awhile since I've seen any TNG eps) among others "Yesterdays Enterprise" and of course the ultimate Cliffhanger "The Best of both worlds part 1" !!!!!
